1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used or washed items
Products without original tags/packaging
Clearance sale or discounted items
Personal use items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Product images/video proof
Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be made through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (depending on the payment method).
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
