1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or washed items
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Clearance sale or discounted items
- Personal use items (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Product images/video proof
- Description of the issue
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be made through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (depending on the payment method).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (subject to stock availability)
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective or damaged items
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges in some cases.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
